CTNgreen Zen - The Attitude and Lifestyle of a life with meaning, true green

Why the Present Moment matters…

From Eckhart Tolle’s, “Oneness With All Life”…

“Whenever you become anxious or stressed, outer purpose has taken over, and you lost sight of your inner purpose. You have forgotten that your state of consciousness is primary, all else secondary.”

“Why do anxiety, stress, or negativity arise? Because you turned away from the present moment. And why did you do that? You thought something else was more important. You forgot your main purpose. One small error, one misperception, creates a world of suffering.”

“The ego’s greatest enemy is the present moment, which is to say, life itself.”

“The most important, the primordial relationship in your life is your relationship with the Now…If your relationship with the Now is dysfunctional, that dysfunction will be reflected in every relationship and every situation you encounter.”

“Life is always now.”

Listen up…what we do with our moments, directly effects how our lives will feel…good, bad or in between, it’s our choice which direction we choose to go in...seriously, let’s take hold of our present moments, & think about what is working, & go from there…

Let’s kick our ego’s in the bootay by choosing to notice what’s good!
