Focusing While Letting Go…
Sometimes getting started is the hard part, but once we’re into it, we become looser with it…we free ourselves from the distracting thoughts we had that were getting in the way of our getting started…make sense? The fun part is when we feel we’re getting somewhere with it…like when we amaze ourselves that we did what we did! Jeez, let’s focus on our stuff, and take that step toward it, even if there’s a part of our thoughts holding us back.
