Twenty-three years ago a group of likeminded individuals gathered in the living room of Dr. Michael Bernard Beckwith and envisioned a spiritual community whose mission committed to being a distribution center for a teaching and a practice of unconditional love and service to humankind. Steadfastly loyal to that original vision, today the impact of the Agape International Spiritual Center and its founder, Michael Bernard Beckwith, is felt throughout the world.
This wasn’t accomplished alone: The cornerstone of the Agape Movement is the contribution of every man, woman and youth who live its message. So it is with great joy that we invite you to join with the beloved community throughout the month of November in celebration of Agape’s 23 years of being a light unto the world. But that’s not all…
Come shine with us as we simultaneously celebrate the 21st anniversary of the founding of the Agape International Choir, under the direction of Rickie Byars Beckwith, on Friday, November 13, at the Redondo Center for the Performing Arts in Redondo Beach.
Agape’s anniversary is traditionally our signature fundraising month and your opportunity to generously sponsor our ministries and outreach programs that serve individuals from throughout metropolitan Los Angeles to Asia, Africa, South America, and Europe. This year we invite your sponsorship of “The Message and the Music” gala concert. Sponsorship opportunities are described in the enclosed sheet.
