No F.E.A.R. in the Present Moment

Feeling FreeF.E.A.R. is False Evidence Appearing Real. We first create the negative thoughts, then we actually feel bad. We do that to ourselves, probably without recognizing that we can control the way we feel by changing our thoughts…

Good thoughts = Feeling good; Bad thought = stress/fear/depression…

Eckhart Tolle is a genius because he wrote ‘The Power of Now’. Go get it!

Living life, being consciously ‘awake’ in the present moment , is the only place where life is to be experienced. Thinking about the past and worrying about the future, is not living life because it’s not real… To feel free, to feel good, to be in touch with what is real, begins with what thoughts or no thoughts (just be-ing is fine too!), are in your mind.

Reality is lived in the present moment. We can’t change our past, but we can alter the reality of our lives in the present moment, to make it feel right for us. Let’s do all we can to be happy so globally the energy of that will be shared around the world.
