Cali Bamboo donates $8,000 to Reverb to promote environmental sustainability in the music industry
- Non-profit organization helps musicians, fans take part in earth-friendly practices -
SAN DIEGO – October 13, 2009 – Cali Bamboo, a premier manufacturer of green residential and commercial building materials made entirely from bamboo, announced today its donation to Reverb to provide earth-friendly concert and event productions.
The company’s $8,000 contribution will support Reverb’s work helping bands like Dave Matthews Band and John Mayer green their tours while educating and encouraging fans to take sustainable actions in their everyday lives.

As part of its membership with “1% for the Planet,” Cali Bamboo provides one percent of its annual revenues towards environmental groups around the United States, thereby setting an example for the rest of the business community.
